Great Britain is no longer in the European Union customs union but Northern Ireland remains. Below are the implications of this on orders being delivered.

Shipments To Customers On The Isle Of Man and Channel Islands
No change

Shipments To Customers In The Republic Of Ireland
All orders to our customers in the Republic Of Ireland are despatched from our branch in Portadown, County Armagh. Northern Ireland is still remaining within the EU customs union so there will be no change.

Shipments To Customers In All Other EU Countries EU
All customers, business and personal, will not be charged UK VAT on their orders.

The orders are despatched by DPD and before delivery DPD will contact you for payment of your country's VAT and an administration fee equivalent to €5.

There are no import duty taxes to pay, only the VAT and administration charge.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: DPD have restarted their European delivery service from the UK.
