These built up rimless letters are manufactured with an acrylic face and 60mm deep aluminium returns.
They can be face illuminated, halo illuminated or both. They are best suited to larger letters generally over 250mm high and with a stroke width of at least 25mm, if you require something smaller consider using our 30mm acrylic illuminated letters.
Current manufacture time is 7-10 working days.

What Do You Want On The Sign
Enter the text below so we can calculate the numbers of letters.
We need to know the text of the sign so that we can calculate a price. If your artwork also includes shapes we can manufacture these, please enter the number of pieces such as '123456' for 6 pieces to get an accurate price. We will contact you if there are any additional costs before we proceed.
You will need to provide full cut ready artwork (ai, eps or pdf) for your sign after you have ordered.
No illumination: These are supplied with 10mm foam PVC back trays for you to fit your own LEDs.
Face: Supplied with 10mm foam PVC back trays and our cool white LED modules (IP65 rated).
Halo: Supplied with opal acrylic back trays, stand off locators and our cool white LED modules (IP65 rated). The choice of coloured acrylic for the back tray will give a different colour of halo.

Return Colour
We offer a range of different colours in matt or gloss finish. Click help for colours.
The return colours are produced using 0.6mm thick aluminium coil that is 60mm in depth.

Acrylic Face For The Letters
Below are the colours of acrylic face available, some do not illuminate well so are only suitable for halo illumination. Generally dark colours will not illuminate well, if you would like clarification of how well the acrylic will illuminate please contact us before ordering.

Acrylic Back For The Letters
Choose the acrylic colour for the back of the letters this will determine the illumination colour, some colours illuminate well, some badly and some block all light.
The return colours are produced using sign vinyl in either gloss or matt finish.

Choose The Fixings
Which type of fixings would you like us to provide.
We can supply the tray with the following options;
a) Without fixings
b) With aluminium angle cut to the required length for both the top and bottom of the sign
c) With the angle and fixing kit the tray is pre-drilled and countersunk. This option also includes the screws to attach the tray to the angle and coloured screw-caps to match the tray colour.
Screws for fixing angle to the surface are not included as you will need different fixings depending on the wall type.
If your tray is manufactured from multiple panels (due to the width) all aluminium angle will be supplied in lengths for each seperate panel. |
